Description
JK MASTER BMS (BCU 200A) – JK 1000V HIGH VOLTAGE – Model: BBBA
The JK Master BMS (BCU 200A) is a high-performance, industrial-grade Battery Control Unit designed for high-voltage lithium battery systems up to 1000V. As part of JK’s advanced HV series, this BCU operates as the Master BMS, providing centralized management for multiple battery modules through Master–Slave architecture.
With a powerful 200A control capability, this BMS is engineered for demanding applications such as commercial ESS systems, PCS high-voltage banks, large-scale solar storage, EV powertrains, and industrial battery modules.
It does not directly pass the 200A current; instead, it controls and manages external high-voltage relays/contactors, pre-charge circuits, and safety mechanisms.
It ensures pack-level safety by managing over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, insulation resistance, and system current status. Combined with JK Slave BMS units, it monitors each cell group with precise, real-time accuracy.
