The Crocks Pack Molicel INR 18650 P28A 11.1V 8400mAh 3S3P 100A/120A Discharge Li-ion Drone Battery Pack

is a high‑current, high-capacity Li-ion battery pack engineered for advanced drone applications. Built from nine Molicel INR‑18650 P28A power cells arranged in a 3‑series, 3‑parallel (3S3P) configuration, it delivers a nominal voltage of 11.1 V and a total capacity of 8,400 mAh, offering a balanced mix of energy and power.

Thanks to the P28A cells’ strong discharge capability, this pack can support continuous discharge currents around 100 A and peak bursts up to 120 A, making it well suited for high-thrust drones, FPV racing rigs, long-endurance quadcopters, and other demanding RC platforms.

Each Molicel P28A cell features very low internal resistance (~20 mΩ), which helps reduce voltage sag under load, ensuring stable output even when demand is high. The cells are rated for a typical capacity of 2,800 mAh. The physical dimension of each cell is maximum 18.6 mm in diameter and 65.2 mm in height, with a cell weight of up to 46 g.

The pack itself is built with robust wiring, a balance connector (for safe cell balancing during charging), and a high‑current discharge lead to handle large load currents. Its configuration offers a strong combination of high capacity for long flight times, very good discharge capability for performance, and reliable charging / balancing through a proper BMS or balance charger.
