Description
The JBD BMS LFP 15S 100A (Model ZP16S005 – 74d7) is a robust Battery Management System designed for 15-cell (15S) LiFePO₄ (LFP) battery packs with a nominal voltage of 48V (3.2V × 15). Built to handle up to 100A continuous discharge current, it ensures reliable operation, strong power output, and complete battery safety.
Engineered with advanced protection circuitry, this BMS safeguards against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, and temperature faults. It also features passive cell balancing, which equalizes voltage among all 15 cells to extend pack life and maintain optimal performance.
The ZP16S005 BMS uses a common-port design, simplifying installation by sharing the same terminals for charge and discharge. Designed with high-efficiency MOSFETs and precision PCB layout, it provides excellent heat dissipation and reliability in both stationary and mobile battery applications.
