Description

Power Pack LiFePO₄ 19S 60V 24000mAh 19S4P 3C Discharge LFP Battery Pack

The Power Pack LiFePO₄ 19S 60V 24000mAh 19S4P 3C Discharge LFP Battery Pack is a rechargeable lithium iron phosphate battery designed for 60V-class electric vehicles, e-bikes, robotics, industrial equipment, backup power, and custom energy applications.

This battery uses a 19S4P configuration, consisting of 76 LiFePO₄ cells. Using 6000mAh cells in a 4P arrangement, the pack provides 24Ah capacity, 60.8V nominal voltage, and approximately 1459.2Wh (1.459kWh) of nominal energy.

With a 3C discharge specification, the theoretical discharge current is up to 72A, subject to the actual cell, BMS, wiring, connectors, and thermal management.

Key Features

  • LiFePO₄ / LFP rechargeable battery chemistry
  • 19S4P configuration
  • 60V-class battery pack
  • 24000mAh / 24Ah capacity
  • 60.8V nominal voltage
  • 68.4V maximum charging voltage
  • Approx. 1459.2Wh energy capacity
  • 3C discharge specification
  • Theoretical 3C current up to 72A
  • High thermal stability
  • Long cycle life
  • Suitable for EV and industrial applications
  • Custom BMS, connector and wire options available

19S4P Battery Configuration

The 19S4P configuration consists of:

  • 19 cells/groups connected in series
  • 4 cells connected in parallel in each group
  • Total cells: 19 × 4 = 76 cells
  • Individual cell capacity: 6Ah
  • Pack capacity: 6Ah × 4P = 24Ah

Voltage Calculation

19 × 3.2V = 60.8V nominal

19 × 3.6V = 68.4V maximum charging voltage

Energy Calculation

60.8V × 24Ah = 1459.2Wh

3C Discharge Configuration

For a 24Ah battery:

24Ah × 3C = 72A

Therefore, the theoretical 3C discharge current is 72A.

Actual continuous discharge capability depends on:

  • Cell discharge rating
  • BMS current rating
  • Busbar/nickel-strip design
  • Cable gauge
  • Connector rating
  • Battery temperature
  • Thermal management

BMS Protection

A suitable 19S LiFePO₄ BMS can provide:

  • Overcharge protection
  • Over-discharge protection
  • Over-current protection
  • Short-circuit protection
  • Cell voltage monitoring
  • Cell balancing
  • Temperature protection
  • Low-temperature charging protection where supported

The BMS current rating should be selected according to the required continuous and peak load.
