REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Returns

 If you received  wrong products or missing product please contact us 24 hours otherwise we will not consider any return or refund claim.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging.

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or special-order batteries.

  • Opened or used batteries.

  • Items marked as final sale.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if you received wrong product . If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at admin@lionbattery.in with photos and details.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


5. Warranty Claims

  • Product issue description

  • Supporting photos or videos
